Raquel Kimball

Originally from New York, Raquel Kimball has been a Realtor for 19 years. She has lived in the metro Atlanta area since 1998.
After receiving her license to invest in real estate, she ultimately discovered her passion. A desire to help and educate home buyers and sellers about the real estate process.

Raquel specializes in many facets of the real estate business. Whether it is helping a seller who needs solutions to sell their home quickly for top dollar, an investor seeking to locate their next off-market property or a 1st time home buyer, she has the capability and know-how. After years of investing in personal real estate and owning several businesses along the way, Raquel understands the dynamics and will help you make that major investment.

Her proudest accomplishment is raising two amazing daughters. The youngest, Alexis is currently attending college and her sister Ashley graduated from Kennesaw University with a degree in nursing. Ashley also has a passion for real estate and working at Compass Real Estate with her mom. Ashley is crushing it with 58 home sales in the last 12 months and 95 total sales in her blossoming new career! Her mom likes to tease, perhaps the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

Raquel’s goals in life are simple; staying strong in her faith to God, mentoring children at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and helping families find security through real estate investments. Raquel is excited about the opportunities for her clients to create generational wealth through finding and acquiring real estate properties. She believes homeownership is the American dream and owning investment property is the icing on the cake!
