She believes in not taking life too seriously and often
diffuses stressful situations with her relaxed, calm, easy-going nature as reflected in her fun collection of Converse Chuck Taylors she wears!

Connecting with people and thoughtfully helping them move into the next chapter of their lives is what drives Hilarie. She loves what she does and has loads of fun doing it. Hilarie brings not only nearly 2 decades of knowledge and experience as a REALTOR® (first in California and in Colorado since 2006), but also a lifetime of real estate - inspired by her father who has a very successful referral-based real estate business in Lawrence, Kansas where she grew up. Her father exemplifies the positive, fun loving,
optimistic and hard-working qualities necessary to be successful and Hilarie strives everyday to be just like him, going to him often for advice, encouragement or just a good laugh.

Hilarie has been recognized as a Denver Five Star Real Estate Agent Award Winner for 2019, 2020 and 2021. She was also a Summit Award recipient in 2019 as well as an Elevation Award recipient in 2018. In 2021, Hilarie completed her Employing Broker Real Estate license certification.
While she is grateful for the recognition, she is motivated by the satisfaction she feels from facilitating successful transactions and the smile’s it brings to her client’s faces. When she’s not helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome for their real estate needs, you will find Hilarie at a kickboxing class
with her husband, taking a hike through the Garden of the Gods, relaxing by a mountain stream, or just hanging out with her family and their Cavapoo named Teddi. After a time in San Diego, CA (still one of her favorite places) where Hilarie worked for a corporate relocation company, and then started her real estate career, and where she met her husband, they moved to Littleton in 1999. She continued to build her referral-based real estate business while being a stay-at-home mom to her amazing - now young adult - children and is most proud that they have become smart, kind, positive and respectful people who also don’t take life too seriously. It has brought all of them great success and Hilarie looks forward not only to the limitless future she sees for her kids, but also as she continues to take her business to new levels.
